Karibu. Your clearance, done in one place.
Apply once from your phone. Every office at Bushiangala Technical Training Institute clears you online, you settle any balance by M-Pesa, and you download a certificate anyone can verify. No more walking from office to office with a paper form.
Trainees sign in with their admission number. Staff use their institute email.
How it works
Four steps, all from your phone
-
Step 1: Check you're ready
See your fee balance, library books and anything an office has recorded, and settle it early.
-
Step 2: Apply once
Confirm the name for your certificate, give your refund details and submit. You get a reference number straight away.
-
Step 3: Offices clear you
Departments, workshops, library, hostel and the rest work in parallel. You're told at once if anything is needed.
-
Step 4: Download your certificate
When the Registrar approves, your clearance certificate is ready to download, with a QR code employers can check.
Why it's better
Less queueing. More certainty.
The paper clearance form meant days of visiting offices one by one. Now every office works on your clearance at the same time, and you can see exactly where it stands.
